1. Free Automation Clarity Call

The Automation Clarity Call is provided free of charge.

No payment is collected for this session; therefore, no refund is applicable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we request that you cancel or reschedule in advance whenever possible.

2. Paid Coaching Programs

During or after your free consultation, you may choose to enroll in one of our paid coaching programs, workshops, or training courses.

Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase, all program fees are non-refundable once payment has been made and access to the program or coaching has been granted.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• AI Automation Coaching Programs

• n8n Training Programs

• Live Mentoring Sessions

• Group Coaching

• Recorded Training Materials

• Downloadable Resources

• Templates, Workflows, and Digital Assets

3. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Our programs provide immediate access to proprietary educational content, live coaching, frameworks, templates, and implementation guidance.

Because these digital resources and coaching services cannot be returned once accessed, we generally do not offer refunds after enrollment.

Please ensure that the program aligns with your goals before completing your purchase. You are welcome to ask any questions during your free consultation before making a decision.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional situations, such as:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error.

• A payment is successfully processed, but we are unable to provide access to the purchased program due to an error on our side.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Cancellation or Rescheduling

If your purchased program includes live coaching sessions:

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

• Missed sessions without prior notice may be considered forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
